This Privacy Policy explains how ArcheAge Chronicles Tools ("the Site") handles personal information. The Site has no user accounts.

• Calculator error reports: when you use the "Report an error" button, the email also contains the page address (including your calculator inputs), the data version, and your browser's user-agent string. These are filled in automatically, and you can review or delete them before sending.
• Access logs: IP address, access time, browser and device information, and pages visited, recorded by our hosting provider when you visit.
• Analytics: cookies, online identifiers, usage data, and approximate location (country or city) collected by Google Analytics.
• Advertising: cookies, advertising identifiers, and browsing activity collected by Google AdSense.

2. How we use information

• To answer inquiries and fix reported calculation errors.
• To operate the Site, prevent abuse, and keep it secure.
• To measure how the Site is used and improve it.
• To show ads, including personalized ads.

• Inquiries: kept for one year after your inquiry is resolved, then deleted.
• Access logs: kept under our hosting provider's log retention policy.
• Analytics data: deleted automatically after 14 months.
• Advertising cookies: kept until you delete them or they expire under Google's policy.

7. Your requests

To access, correct, or delete your personal information, email [email protected]. We will respond without undue delay and within 10 days.

8. Security

All connections use HTTPS. The inquiry mailbox uses two-step verification, and only the operator can access it.

9. Children

The Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
