ArcheAge Chronicles Raeven's Coilstones: locations & trait points
Raeven's Coilstones are stones you destroy for trait points, and every one of them sits next to a strong boss. Trait points come from these stones, not from leveling, so growing a weapon's trait tree means hunting bosses and their Coilstones. Below are counts by region and the locations we have confirmed in early access.

Reward: trait points
Destroying a Coilstone gives trait points, which you spend in the Traits menu on each weapon's trait tree. Most nodes are small stat boosts; some give a new skill or change how a skill works. Plan where to spend them with the trait tree planner.
How to find them
- Every Coilstone is next to a strong boss. Some bosses stand in the open, some are hidden, and some only appear during certain quests, so finding bosses is how you find Coilstones (October 15 post).
- In the demo they looked like pillars wrapped by a serpent, glowing blue, easy to spot from a distance.
- Bosses and their respawn times are listed on Field bosses.
