First account sanctions for exploiting the game
A Steam notice on November 5 (PT) said accounts were sanctioned for abnormal play through system exploitation. Seven partially masked character names were listed; the notice does not say how long the sanctions last, whether they are permanent, or what was exploited. XLGAMES says it will keep monitoring and add accounts to the notice as they are confirmed. If you find a bug, reporting it to Customer Support (ESC menu in game) rather than using it is the safe choice (our advice; the notice does not say this).
